Miele Global Launch of Dialog Oven in Berlin, Germany

Chefs and colleagues from around the world invited to Berlin today for Miele global launch of revolutionary new Dialog Oven. Fish perfectly cooked in a block of ice, no problem. Veal encased in wax, warm and pink throughout, wax still cold. Vegetables and meat cooked together to different doneness. Frozen solid layer cake defrosted in 30 minutes. But this oven won't be on the market until summer 2018!
